Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 2manybeans app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Super X LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company and the developer of 2manybeans.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. By using 2manybeans, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

2manybeans offers premium features through paid subscription plans:

All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The trial length and terms will be displayed before you subscribe. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged the subscription price.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that period ends. You may also use "Restore Purchases" within the App to recover your subscription on a new device.

Refunds

All purchases are processed and billed by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple through their support channels or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Apple will notify you of any price increase before your next renewal, and you can choose to accept the new price or cancel your subscription.

Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including bean entries, tasting notes, photos, and other user-generated content. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's services to you. We do not access, view, moderate, or claim ownership of your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

Our Content

The App, including its design, code, branding, graphics, AI prompts, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Super X LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features (brew recipes, tasting guidance, bean descriptions, stories, product images) is provided for your personal use within the App. You may share AI-generated content (such as share cards) for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. AI Disclaimer

The App uses multiple artificial intelligence services to provide tasting guidance, brew recipes, bean information, and other recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Use it at your own discretion and risk.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events). We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

AI features depend on third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and may be subject to their availability, rate limits, or service changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
