Common issues
- Subscription not unlocking after purchase. Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases".
- Bean scan cannot read the label. Make sure the bag is well-lit and the label text is in focus. Glossy bags reflect best with soft indirect light.
- Delete your account and all data. Settings → Delete Account. Two-step confirmation. Removes all your beans, tastings, and account data immediately.
- Manage or cancel a subscription. iPhone Settings → your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → 2manybeans.
